Aji, which means “taste” in Japanese, welcomes you to taste the thousand flavors and feel centered when you walk through its doors.

When considering what elements a modern organic Japanese restaurant would consist of, “simplicity” was the first word that came to mind. In starting the design concept, it was important to create something sustainable, inviting, and natural.

The result is a light and elegant brand which conveys an organic message blended together with the rich, traditional flavors of the eastern world.
